This is where our Service Department must excel in customer satisfaction. It is Mazda Car UK's intention to become Number 1 in the JD Powell satisfaction survey. To assist Mazda in achieving their goal we have in place the following procedures and customer facilities:

- Fast Fit Tyres and 4 wheel alignment service available. Local collection and delivery.
- Free of charge courtesy cars to customers who purchased their car from
Robinsons Mazda.
- All vehicles are washed prior to collection.
- Full explanation of work carried out to customer's vehicles.
- Telephone follow up by Robinsons Mazda Customer Care to ensure you are completely satisfied with work carried out.
- While - U - Wait service available.
- Full MOT Facilities available.
- Free coffee always available.
